My tariff could not be reactivated due to a payment problem, what should I do?

If you have problems collecting money from your account / card with Klarna, or you have received an SMS saying that your tariff has not renewed automatically, there are several ways to solve the problem:

1. update your payment method in the educom app, you can find this option in your profile under "payment method" (if possible pay by credit card or debit card).
After that, just switch to your new tariff under "Tariffs"! 


2. alternatively, you can also buy educoins immediately and pay your tariff with them! Just buy educoins via this link: buy educoins and then select the option "activate educoins as primary payment option" in your account and save it!  educoins kaufen 

If you have chosen a tariff with monthly payment and want to pay with educoins for several tariff months at once, please make sure to buy enough educoins.
